2. Service Description

Ayudoo is a platform connecting customers with verified service professionals for various home services in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

2.1 Services Offered

• Cleaning Services: Home cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa cleaning
• Repair & Maintenance: Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair
• Personal Services: Beauty services, fitness training, tutoring
• Moving & Transportation: Packing, moving, transportation services
• Special Services: Event planning, catering, pet care

2.2 Service Area

Currently, our services are available only in Lucknow and its immediate suburbs. We may expand to other cities in the future.

3. User Registration & Account

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms

4. Booking & Payment Terms

4.1 Service Booking

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or booking confirmation
• Service slots are subject to professional availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service bookings at our discretion

4.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• We accept multiple payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by service type
• Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee

5. User Obligations

As a user of Ayudoo services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate service requirements and location details
• Ensure safe and proper access to the service location
• Treat service professionals with respect and courtesy
• Not request services that are illegal, dangerous, or unethical
• Not misuse the platform for any unlawful activities
• Provide honest feedback and ratings for services received

6. Service Professional Relationship

6.1 Independent Contractors

Service professionals on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Ayudoo. We act as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers.

6.2 Quality Assurance

• All professionals undergo verification and background checks
• We maintain quality standards through customer ratings
• Issues with service quality should be reported within 24 hours

6.3 Liability Limitations

While we strive to ensure quality service, Ayudoo is not liable for:

• Damages caused by service professionals during service delivery
• Loss of personal property during service provision
• Professional misconduct or negligence
• Any disputes between customers and service professionals

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Ayudoo platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform improvement and marketing.

7.3 Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Do not use our trademarks without prior written consent

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Booking services for illegal purposes
• Harassing or abusing service professionals
• Attempting to bypass our payment systems
• Posting false or misleading information
• Using the platform to spread malware or viruses
• Creating fake accounts or bookings
• Attempting to damage our reputation through false reviews
• Soliciting service professionals for direct bookings outside our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ayudoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for service delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.

10. Termination

10.1 By User

You may stop using our services at any time. However, any pending bookings or payments must be completed or cancelled as per our policies.

10.2 By Ayudoo

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• For non-payment of dues
• At our sole discretion for platform security or integrity

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notifications to registered users
• Announcements on our platform
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in Uttar Pradesh.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion

• The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties

Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these terms.
